Ingredients
All ingredients are undiluted and unadulterated, organic , therapeutic-grade essential oils.
Lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia oil), Bergamot essential oil non-FCF (Citrus bergamia peel oil), Petitgrain essential oil (Citrus aurantium var. amara leaf/twig oil), Roman Chamomile essential oil (Chamaemelum nobile flower oil), Frankincense essential oil (Boswellia carterii resin oil), and Ho Wood essential oil (Cinnamomum camphora leaf oil).

External and inhaling use only.

Not suitable for children under 6 years old
Avoid direct contact with eyes, mucous membranes, or broken skin
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, refrigerator is recommended

How To Use
This synergy blend is designed primarily for inhalation use to calm the nervous system and support emotional well-being. It may also be used topically with proper dilution.
✨ Inhalation Methods (Recommended)
🌿Personal Aromatherapy Inhaler (preferred):
Add 15 drops of the blend to a cotton wick inside a blank inhaler.
Insert the wick, close the base, and cap tightly.
Uncap and inhale slowly and deeply for 3–5 breaths, up to 4 times daily or as needed.
🌿Ultrasonic Diffuser:
Add 5–8 drops to a diffuser filled with water.
Diffuse for 15–30 minutes in a well-ventilated space to promote emotional calm and mental clarity.
🌿Tissue Method:
Add 1–2 drops onto a tissue or cotton pad.
Hold near the nose and inhale deeply.
Use for immediate emotional support on the go.
🌿Not for Internal Use
Do not ingest this blend. Internal use is not advised.
