Eucalyptus Radiata (Eucalyptus radiata Leaf Oil), Peppermint (Mentha piperita Oil), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Herb Oil), Frankincense (Boswellia carterii Oil).

How To Use
Diffuse & Inhale:
• Add 5–8 drops to an aroma diffuser or steam inhalation to create a refreshing and comfortable breathing atmosphere.
• Add 20 drops to a personal aromatherapy inhaler for convenient daily respiratory support and refreshing inhalation anytime, anywhere.
Apply Topically:
• Dilute to 2–5% in a carrier oil, unscented cream, or lotion and apply to the chest, neck, upper back, or outer nasal area for a refreshing and comfortable aromatic experience.
• Recommended roll-on dilution: Add 10 drops to a 10ml amber roll-on bottle and fill with Fractionated Coconut Oil/your favour carrier oil.
