Ingredients

All ingredients are pure, natural, and therapeutic grade essential oils.

Citrus Bergamia Peel Oil Expressed FCF (Bergamot non-FCF), Salvia Sclarea Oil (Clary Sage), Boswellia Carterii Oil (Frankincense), Citrus Aurantium Amara Leaf/Twig Oil (Petitgrain Bigarade), Origanum Majorana Leaf Oil (Sweet Marjoram), Lavandula Angustifolia Oil (Lavender).

Cautions

For external and inhalation use only. Do not ingest.
Do not apply undiluted directly to the skin. Always dilute before topical use.
Avoid contact with eyes, inner nose, lips, and sensitive areas.
Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs.
Avoid use during pregnancy, nursing and breastfeeding.
If under medical supervision, taking medication, or managing a health condition, seek professional advice before use.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat, refrigeration is recommended.

How To Use

Personal Inhaler
Add 13 drops of the blend to the inhaler wick. Inhale slowly and deeply for 2–3 breaths as needed.

Diffuser
Add 4–6 drops to approximately 40ml of water in a diffuser. Adjust based on room size and personal preference.

👉 This range is appropriate and not too strong for most users. For smaller spaces, start with 4 drops.

Roll-On (DIY Preparation)
Add 6 drops of the blend into a 10ml roll-on bottle, then fill the remainder with a suitable carrier oil (e.g. fractionated coconut oil). Shake gently before use.

Direct Bottle Inhalation
Open the bottle and inhale gently from a short distance when immediate support is needed.
