100% pure, natural, organic therapeutic grade essential oils of lavender, roman chamomile, bergamot and ylang ylang, Vitamin E, and unrefined and cold-pressed sweet almond oil.

How To Use

Heat the massage oil to a slightly warm temperature.  Start with the feet and massage the whole body in widely spread movements to induce the feeling of well-being and relaxation.

1. Warm the Oil: Place the blend in a bowl of warm water for 5 minutes to enhance absorption.

2. Massage Routine:

   • Start with the back and shoulders using slow, rhythmic strokes.

   • Move to the legs and feet, applying gentle pressure to calves and soles.

   • Finish with a scalp and temple massage.

3. Post-Massage: Wrap the body in a warm towel or blanket to prolong relaxation.
