How to use
Topical application for body
0.5% to 3% duiled in a carrier oil/lotion/cream
Inhaling
few drops (like 6-10 drops around) to make a personal inhaler depending on personal needs.
Diffusing
3-4 drops per 100ml of water
Diffuse in an open, well-ventilated area
Diffuse in 30-45 minute intervals with ample break periods for safe and effective use.
