Description
Our Jojoba organic carrier Oils are extracted from Jojoba seeds. This oil is chemically unique as a liquid wax ester, structurally similar to human sebum, which allows it to mimic the skin’s natural oils. This makes it an exceptional emollient that locks in moisture without clogging pores (non-comedogenic). It strengthens the skin barrier by replenishing lipids, reducing transepidermal water loss (TEWL), and improving elasticity. Because of its high concentration of vitamin E and nearly 98% ceramides, it quickly absorbs into the skin without leaving a greasy feeling, making it ideal for dry, rough, reddened, oily, and problem skin as a moisturizer. It does not clog the pores and promotes the appearance of healthy skin. It can also treat a dry scalp and keep it flake-free to help with hair regrowth.
