Ingredients

All ingredients are therapeutic-grade, 100% pure and natural essential oils.

Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Citrus Bergamia (Bergamot) Peel Oil (non-FCF), Citrus Aurantium Amara (Petitgrain) Leaf/Twig Oil, Boswellia Carterii (Frankincense) Oil, Origanum Majorana (Sweet Marjoram) Leaf Oil, Salvia Sclarea (Clary Sage) Oil.

Cautions

For inhalation use only. Do not apply undiluted to skin, eyes, or mucous membranes.

For diffuser use, limit each session to 30–45 minutes, followed by an equal break before starting a new cycle.

For personal inhaler use, inhale briefly as needed — typically 3 to 5 deep breaths per session.

Discontinue use immediately if discomfort or irritation occurs.

Avoid diffusing around babies, young children, or pets.

Keep out of reach of children and animals.

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.

If pregnant, breastfeeding, or under medical care, consult a qualified professional before use.

How To Use

🌿 Personal Inhaler
Add 15 drops of the blend onto the inhaler wick.
Insert and seal the inhaler.
Let it rest for 12–24 hours before use.
Inhale gently for 2–4 deep breaths each time.

💚 Everyone’s sensitivity is different — feel free to adjust the number of drops to your comfort level. The scent should feel soothing, not overwhelming.

🌿 Diffuser
Add 6–8 drops to an ultrasonic diffuser with water. Let it run in your room for a calm and comforting atmosphere, especially in the evening.
💚Each diffusion session should last no more than 30–45 minutes, followed by a similar break before the next session.

🌿Cupped Hand Inhalation
Place 1–2 drops on a tissue or in your palm (rub palms gently), cup hands over the nose, and inhale slowly for 1–2 minutes. This method is ideal during emotional tension or before sleep.
