Return & Refund Policy

All products purchased at our online outlet are final, cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for quality issues only.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

Products that are damaged by personal usage or personal preference;
Cannot provide order receipt.
Products that has no quality issue.
Exceeded the return time period.
Free Gifts.

Refund or Returned items regarding quality and other issues:

Quality issues Items must be returned within a certain period (3 working days) of the shipment delivered (as determined by the date of signature on the successful delivery).
In case of leak during the transportation. please send us a picture of the concerned product. .All the products that have not been opened, EXCEPT the hydrosols due to the fact that they are fragile.

Others:

For items returned with special offers, refunds will be made with the special price.
For promotional items, discounted price will no longer be valid if threshold cannot be met after return;
Only one return or refund can be processed for each order.
Once the return process is completed, the points earned by the item will be deducted accordingly from your online account based on our Points Policy.

The return shipping cost are on your charge. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Upon receipt of the goods, our quality department will make a verification of the products conformity. A credit note or refund will be processed according to your choice, and depending of the products condition.
