Contains the 100% pure, undiluted essential oils of Rosemary, Spearmint, Sweet Orange, and organic Lemon.

Cautions

• External use only
• Patch testing for sensitivity is recommended.  Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs
• Keep out of reach of children and sensitive areas such as eyes
• Do not use undiluted on the skin, in the eyes, or mucus membranes
• Do not use it within several hours before bedtime as make you difficult to fall asleep
• Consult a physician if pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care
• Do not expose skin to sunlight or UV rays for up to 12 hours after applying topically

How To Use

Diffuse & Inhale:
3-4 drops per 100ml of water by using a diffuser or in a personal inhaler, breathe in whenever necessary

Apply Topically:
Dilute to 2-4% in a carrier oil, unscented lotion, or cream, and apply it on the temple, or under the nose.
