Ingredients

Contains the 100% pure, natural, and undiluted essential oils of Sweet Orange, Bergamot, Patchouli, Grapefruit, and Ylang Ylang

Cautions

• External use only
• Patch testing for sensitivity is recommended.  Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs
• Keep out of reach of children and sensitive areas such as eyes
• Do not use undiluted on the skin, in the eyes, or mucus membranes
• Avoid diffusing oils around a baby, young kids, and pets

How To Use

Diffuse & Inhale:
Add 3-4 drops per 100ml of water to your diffuser or use in  a personal inhaler when stress starts to creep in (making it as a roll-on and carry it with you whenever you need it)

Apply Topically:
Dilute to 2-5 % in a carrier oil or unscented cream/lotion and apply to the temple, front chest, or wrists and feet.
