Contains the 100% pure, natural, and undiluted essential oils of Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Lavender, Cypress, Majoram, Pine, Spruce.

External use only and must be diluted

How To Use

Diffuse & Inhale:

• 2-3 drops of the blend in a large bowl of water that is just hot enough for skin contact, but not boiling then inhale for 5 minutes.  This method is not suitable for kids.
• Diffuse 3-4 drops per 100ml of water in the air, or make it as a personal inhaler.  It clears your sinus whenever necessary, especially gives you a good sleep if diffusing at night

Apply Topically:

• Alternatively, it can make as a chest rub by diluting at 5% (30 drops in 30ml/ 30gram) in a carrier oil, cream, lotion, or balm.  Use it whenever necessary
• You can use it under your nose, in a diffuser, and in roller bottles for on-the-go application.
