How To Use

We recommend:

• Use it by diffusing around elderly when necessary, 30-45mins each time interval.
• Make it as a personal inhaler, smell it whenever necessary. 
• For those with sensitive respiratory systems, adjust the number of drops proportionately that you feel comfortable with or encourage you to dilute 2% in a carrier oil at the amber roller bottle and apply underneath the nose. 

Recipe

Diffuser: add 12 drops of this blend in 100ml of water

Aromatherapy Inhaler: add 12 drops of this blend in a personal inhaler
