Online Aromatherapy 101 course is a self-paced beginner’s course defining aromatherapy and showing you many ways to add carrier oils and other aromatic compounds extracted from plants like essential oils. In this video, you will learn about “aromatherapy”: what the term means and ways to use it to improve your life. How essential oils are used in the practice of aromatherapy, in which they are inhaled through various methods to improve your mood and health.
You’ll gain enough knowledge to start trying some simple blends and the courage to experiment with creating your own unique blends.
