Ingredients

Contains the 100% pure, natural, and organic therapeutic grade of 4 undiluted essential oils of  Zingiber officinale (Ginger)), Mentha piperita (Peppermint),  Citrus limon (Lemon) , Lavandula angustifolia(Lavender ). 

• Ginger – Reduces vomiting frequency and dizziness via anti-inflammatory compounds
• Peppermint – Rapid relief via menthol’s antispasmodic action on gastric muscles. Reduces vomiting intensity and dizziness by stimulating trigeminal nerve cooling receptors
• Lemon – Top choice for pregnancy-related nausea/vomiting (NVP). Limonene activates serotonin regulation in the gut-brain axis, reducing retching and dizziness
• Lavender – Best for anxiety-triggered nausea/dizziness. Linalool modulates GABA receptors, reducing vagus nerve hyperactivity and associated vertigo

Patch testing for sensitivity is recommended.  Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs

How To Use

Diffuse & Inhale:

Most effective for rapid relief (e.g., personal inhalers for motion sickness). Add 4-8 drops in a personal inhaler

• Remove inhaler cap and inner wick
• Add oils directly to wick (8 drops max)
• Reinsert wick into inhaler barrel
• Snap cap closed – Label immediately 

or Optimal Water-Based Diffuser: Add -3-6 drops in a water of 100ml for diffusing.

Dilute to 2-5% with your favorite Aroma Origin carrier oil, then apply it to the back of the chest for 20 mins before bedtime.
