Our Muscle Cramps Relief synergy essential oil blend was crafted by our certified and registered clinical aromatherapists to soothe and relieve the spasm of involuntary muscle. A muscle cramp is a sudden, strong, and painful contraction of the muscle that lasts for a few seconds to half an hour. It usually occurs in the legs and may be due to overuse of muscles after a heavy workout, dehydration, low levels of minerals or blood pressure supply to your leg or feet, or the side effect of medical conditions.

This synergy blend combines several essential oils with soothing, anti-inflammatory,  analgesic, and antispasmodic properties that help to relieve, soothe and ease the pain levels of muscle cramps.

Contains 100% pure, natural, and undiluted essential oils of Lavender, Chamomile Roman, Peppermint, Black Pepper, and Sweet Marjoram.

• Do not use undiluted on the skin, in the eyes, or mucus membranes

How To Use

Diffuse & Inhale:
Put 3-4 drops per 100ml of water by using a diffuser or in a personal inhaler, breathe in whenever necessary

Apply Topically:
Dilute to 2-5% in a carrier oil, unscented lotion, or cream
