Ingredients

All ingredients are 100% pure, natural, organic therapeutic-grade essential oils without dilution or additives.
Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Herb Oil), Ylang Ylang (Cananga odorata Flower Oil), Bergamot FCF (Citrus bergamia Peel Oil Expressed – Furanocoumarin-Free), Sweet Marjoram (Origanum majorana Leaf Oil).

Cautions

For inhalation and diffusion use only. Do not ingest or apply directly to skin:

• Do not use undiluted on skin, in eyes, or on mucous membranes.
• Discontinue use immediately if any discomfort, dizziness, or irritation occurs.
• Not suitable for children under 10 years old.
• Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you are under medical care or taking medication, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
• Avoid use close to bedtime, as this blend may be gently stimulating for some individuals and could interfere with sleep.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Avoid prolonged use in enclosed, unventilated spaces.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.

How To Use

This blend is for inhalation use only.  Do not apply directly to the skin or ingest.

Usage methods include:

Inhaler: Open the cap, drop 15-20 drops to the wick and hold the tip just below one nostril.  Inhale slowly and deeply for 3–5 seconds while covering the other nostril. Repeat on the other side. Use up to 4 times per day or whenever necessary .

Ultrasonic Diffuser: Add approx. 3-5 drops into a diffuser filled with 100ml water. Diffuse in a closed room for 15–30 minutes, and start the cycle after same timeslot break, especially during periods of stress or before bedtime.

For best results use consistently in managing stress-related hypertension
