How To Use

Diffuse & Inhale:

• Use 3-4 drops per 100ml of water or in a personal inhaler
• Make a room spray to keep your home clean and uplifting during times of seasonal illnesses

Apply Topically:

• Dilute 2-5% to your favorite carrier oil or lotion for topical application
