How to use

Mist directly on clean skin to soothe rashes, redness, or inflamed areas
Use as a cold or warm compress for eczema, psoriasis, burns, or sun-stressed skin
Add to baths or use as a mist on pillows and baby bedding for a calming bedtime ritual
Dilute and gently cleanse the breast area for cracked nipples during breastfeeding (wipe before feeding)
Apply after shaving to soothe irritation and help with ingrown hairs
Use as a hydrating facial toner, refreshing mist, or base in DIY skincare
