Ingredients

Essential Oils:

Patchouli – relaxing and uplifting, diuretic –

Grapefruit – Uplifting,  helps to soothe stress and anxiety.  Also, an excellent diuretic essential oil increases the production of urine to flush toxins out through the kidneys.

Juniper Berry – Purifying, powerful cleansing, and tonic, always used in lymphatic drainage to help the body to eliminate toxins.  Helps with tension, stress, and emotional balance.   In addition, it soothes and calms the symptoms of eczema or inflamed skin.

Sweet Orange – Diuretic that helps relieve water retention and aids the detox process.

Patchouli – relaxing and uplifting oil that can be helpful in treating the nervous system. An excellent diuretic that increases the production of urine to flush toxins out through the kidneys. It also helps to reduce fluid retention and the appearance of cellulite.

Base Oil: (Certified Organic Carrier Oils)

Sweet Almond carrier oil – very nourishing, suppleness, and moisturizing (over 70% oleic acid)

Cautions

• External use only
• Patch testing is recommended
• Do Not use undiluted on the skin, in the eyes, or mucus membranes
• Keep out of reach of children and sensitive areas
• If pregnant or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician

How To Use

• Drink more water prior to a massage treatment and heat the massage oil to a slightly warm temperature prior to the massage.
• Try dry body brushing before applying your massage oil. Using a body brush, lightly stroke your skin in a direction toward the heart. This helps increase blood and lymph circulation, as well as exfoliate the skin which aids the absorption of your oil.
• When applying your massage oil, start from the feet and work upwards, again in a direction towards the heart. Pay attention to the back of your knees, your groin, the crease of your elbows, and your armpits to stimulate the lymph nodes.

You could also try using your chosen oils in a detox bath:

• Mix 2 tbsp of  Epsom Salt with 1 tbsp of Bath Oil, 5 drops of Lavender, 4 Geranium, 2 Juniperberry, and 1 Lemon.
