Description
Baby massage is a sweet way to spend time with your child and can strengthen your relationship with them. Before babies can understand language, we can comfort them and communicate with them through touch. For instance, parents will hold, cuddle, or stroke a crying newborn to soothe and calm their discomfort or emotions. Also, massaging your baby has many other added benefits, including improving weight gain, aiding digestion, improving circulation, easing teething pain, and being good for bonding. Use smooth, gentle, slow strokes, and stop if the baby gets upset. Baby massage oils organic are expertly blended by using our 100% pure, natural, and organic carrier oils of sweet almonds and sunflower. No additives, fillers, or preservatives make them perfect for your beloved little one.

How To Use
A better time to massage your babies is about six weeks old when their routine is more settled and their behavior is sometimes more predictable. Here are some tips to help you try a baby massage at home:
- Choose a moment when your child is relaxed, awake, not hungry or exhausted and interested in what is happening around them. They are more likely to be prepared to engage with you as a result.
- Try sitting with your infant safely on a towel in front of you on the floor, bed, or sofa.
- Find a position that’s comfortable, gives you good eye contact with no overhead lights, and where your baby is warm.
- Whether your child is diaper-free is up to you, but when massaging the tummy, it can be helpful to at least relax their diaper.
- A massage can be a lovely addition to the bedtime wind-down routine after a bath and before going to sleep.
How to massage your baby properly:
Ask your baby if they will allow you to massage them by spreading some oil between your palms close to their ears before you start. Although it might seem unusual at first, your youngster will get used to this cue and understand when a massage is about to begin. Additionally, it allows your kid to communicate with you if they don’t feel like getting a massage.
- Gently hold one of your baby’s legs between your palms after you’ve “asked permission.”
- Next, firmly grasp your baby’s ankle with one hand. Then, move your other hand down the leg toward the ankle while encircling the top of your child’s thigh.
- Swap hands once more. Always support your child’s ankle while using slow, continuous strokes.
- Next, hold your child’s foot in your hands and begin to touch the sole of the foot with your thumbs, moving from the heel to the toes. Pull each toe between your thumb and finger while maintaining a tripod grasp on your fingers.
- As you move your thumbs around the middle third of your child’s foot, from one side to the other, imitating a caterpillar crawling across a leaf while holding the child’s foot in your hands.
- Finish by repeating the stroking action in the opposite direction, i.e. from ankle to thigh.
