Local Delivery & Charges

  1. Purchased goods will be dispatched within 3-5 business days upon order payment being accepted. Delivery services are available from Mon to Sat (Except Sunday & Public Holidays).
  2. For every single purchase of HK$800.00 or above – below 3kg will be offered free delivery to the Commercial & Industrial District, Residential address, SF Store / Service center, and SF locker under SF coverage.
  3. For every single Purchase of HK$800 or below – 3KG or below will be charged HK$40 for 1st 1KG of goods, then increased by $ 7 per 0.5kg to Residential / Commercial and Industrial Building, SF Stations, Convenience Stores, and Lockers.
  1. Delivery service is also available to Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Disneyland, Airport
    **Out of Service Area:
    Sha Tau Kok, Ta Kwu Ling, Man Kam To, Mai Po, Lok Ma Chau, Closed Area, Lo Wu, Po Toi, Tung Lung Chau, Grass Island, Crooked Island (Kat O), Tung Ping Chau
  2. Delivery fees will be collected to SF Stations or delivery to Residential/Commercial Areas
  1. For purchases less than HK$800.00 and wish to enjoy our delivery services (below 5kg & Underestimated at 27 cm x 26 cm x 20 cm) included SF Coverage: Commercial & Industrial District, Residential address, SF Store / Service center, SF locker, there will be a HK$50.00 delivery charge apply.
  1. Delivery will be delayed or suspended if the black rain signal/typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted.
  1. Purchased goods are required to be signed upon delivery. If the delivery is returned due to unsuccessful delivery, an additional delivery charge will be charged for the next delivery request and which will be paid by the recipients. If the recipient cannot pick up the goods at the SF store/ locker before the SF time limit, all additional fees will be paid by the recipient.
  1. Aroma Origins will not verify the recipient’s identity and has no responsibility for the delivery.
  1. The delivery time of the SF locker may delay due to the fullness of the locker or could be sent to the nearby SF network.
  1. If customers received products that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts, he/she can notify us through email within 2 days through email (support@aroma-origins.com). If proven to be our mistake, we will arrange to change the products ordered without any charges and the additional delivery charges.
  1. All Goods sold are not refundable. We will not accept the change or return of any opened or used Aroma Origins products.
  1. Aroma Origins reserves the right to amend terms & conditions and of final decisions on all matters of disputes.

Macau Delivery

  1. We use “SF Express” to deliver to Macau (including Ilha da Taipa、Península de Macau、Coloane、Taipa Island), customer direct pay the delivery charge to “SF Express” after the order arrived.
  1. Purchased goods will be dispatched within 3-10 business days upon order payment being accepted by the courier. Delivery services are available from Mon to Sat (Except Sunday & Public Holidays).
  1. For every single purchase of HK$800.00 or above – first 3KGs will be offered free delivery (below 2kgs & Underestimated at 27 cm x 26 cm x 20 cm & 1KG : 20 x 20 x 15cm) to Commercial & Industrial District, Residential address, SF Store / Service center, EF lock under SF coverage.
  1. For every single purchase of HKD800 with 3KGs or over, an extract of HKD15/KG will be charged. Delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday on-site delivery
  1. For every single purchase up to HK$300 (Max 3KG) HK$20 Delivery fees to Convenience Stores
  1. For every single purchase up to HK$500 (Max 3KG) HK$10 Delivery fees to Convenience Stores 
  2. For every single purchase over 3KGS and below HKD800, delivery Fees First 3 KGS HKD38, and Extra HKD15/KG will charge.
  1. After delivery is made, we will info the buyer of the courier information (Such as Waybill no. and delivery date)

Precautions

The following products are not available for delivery to Macau:

“Dangerous goods” category: sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, ethanol.

“White powder” category: hyaluronic acid, zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, mineral powder, B3, Q10 (base powder).

Other: White beeswax, Magnesium Sulphate 7-Hydrate, stearic acid, citric acid, sodium bicarbonate / baking soda…

“SF Express” has the final decision for which products can be sent to Macau.  No delivery service will be provided if SF Express rejects and returns the order to us.  We will arrange a full refund upon the deduction of SF delivery charges on it.

Declaration of Value and Product Description

Due to International laws, Aroma Origins states the full value of your order on the shipping label, minus the shipping charge.
For International Shipping, we will simply indicate the quantity of all the products you ordered along with the following product description, “Nutritional Supplements for Personal Use.” So, for example, if you ordered 2 each of 3 different products, for a total cost of 30 dollars, we will state the following on the shipping label:

Customs information: Aroma Origins will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery:
We request that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. It is important for you to become familiar with Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed, or even being returned. Please check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are planning to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

Replacement / Return Policy

  1. Customers cannot cancel purchase orders upon receiving purchase confirmation, all fees are non-refundable (Macau Shop excluded#) 
  2. Customer exchanges or returns must be processed within 7 days after the goods go out. The goods must be returned together with the original packaging. 
  3. Once the goods have been used, modified, or damaged due to improper use, no return or exchange will be accepted. Except for factory quality problems. 
  4. Should the delivered products be damaged or expired, please contact our customer service hotline / Whatsapp / LINE / WeChat at +852-51281427 (Hong Kong) / +853-62887295 (Macau) within two days of receiving the products, any reports after two days will be dismissed. 
  5. The original invoice must be present for any replacement/return of products, each item can only be replaced once. 
  6. Our customer service will contact the buyer to the arrangement of the time and date for replacement/return, subject to product stock availability. 
  7. If the customer pays by non-cash method and requests a cash refund. Need to 3% handling fees as an administrative fee. (Macau Shop excluded#)
    ** Our Company reserved the right to make the final decision of acceptance for any replacement/return orders. 
  8. All products purchased at our Retail shop or Online outlet are final, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for quality issues only.
  1. Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
    • Products that are damaged by personal usage or personal preference;
    • Cannot provide order receipt.
    • Products that have no quality issue.
    • Exceeded the return time period.
    • Free Gifts. 
  2. Quality issues Items must be returned within a certain period (3 working days) of the shipment being delivered (as determined by the date of signature on the successful delivery). Please contact our customer service hotline at 2396 4151 and follow our instructions to make a refund or return.
  1. Please contact us for the return and refund process with the products and receipt.
  1. Others:
  • For items returned with special offers, refunds will be made with the special price
  • For promotional items, the discounted price will no longer be valid if the threshold cannot be met after the return
  • Only one return or refund can be processed for each order
  • Once the return process is completed, the points earned by the item will be deducted accordingly from your online account based on our Points Policy.
