An uplifting and refreshing fruity oil that aids in the balance of your body, mind, and spirit is particularly useful when feeling anxious. How to use
Three main ways of essential oils enter the body: application to the skin, inhalation, and ingestion. Each of these has a wide range of application techniques. For instance, you can use compresses, sprays, baths, or massages to administer essential oils topically to the skin. All of them must be diluted in carrier oil or other carriers. At Aroma Origins, we highly discourage using them internally.
Apply Topically:
Dilute 1-2 % of essential oil in different carriers such as oil/cream/lotion) for the face. 2-5% for the body.
Inhalation
Diffuser & Inhaler: Add a few drops to make an inhaler or 2-3 drops per 40ml of water for diffusing in an open, well-ventilated area. Diffuse in 30-45 minute intervals with ample break periods for safe and effective use. Keep children and animals out of the direct line of mist.
Aromatherapy Inhaler:
Open the inhaler and remove the wick.
Drop the essential oils/our ready-to-use synergy blend onto the wick, ensuring the oils are evenly absorbed.
Place the wick back into the inhaler and secure the cap.
Label your inhaler with the essential oils, who it’s for and how to use it. Regularly it will last for at least 3 months. Then, simply remove the lid and waft it under your nose whenever you feel stressed, anxious or other conditions.
Body Massage
Dilute 2-3% in a carrier oil for body massage
