How To Use

There are 3 ways to use this massage and body oils:

• Apply topically on the muscle pain area and massage gently
• Compression
• Heat the massage oil to a slightly warm temperature.  Start with the feet and massage the whole body in widely spread movements to induce the feeling of well-being and relaxation.
