Description

Our Sweet Dream synergy essential oil blend was specially blended by our certified and registered clinical aromatherapist for kids ages 2–10. This synergy blend has a pleasant citrusy and woodsy sweet scent with soothing, calming, and relaxing properties that help your little one fall asleep easily and have a good night of sleep. It combines Cedarwood Altas, Ho Wood, Sweet Orange, Chamomile Roman, and Vetiver to make for a relaxing night’s rest for kids or adults. This formulation is also effective for adults to help them sleep well.

Contains 100% pure, natural, and undiluted essential oils of Himalayan Cedarwood, Ho Wood, Sweet Organce, Chamomile Roman, and Vetiver.

• Do not use undiluted on the skin, in the eyes, or mucus membranes

How To Use

Diffuse & Inhale:
Add a few drops to your diffuser 30-60 minutes before bedtime to help calm and relax the body and mind for a good night’s sleep.

Apply Topically:
Dilute to 2-3% with your favorite Aroma Origin carrier oil, then apply it to the back of the chest for 20 mins before bedtime.

You can also add a couple of drops of Sweet Slumber into a tablespoon of bubble bath or shampoo for a relaxing nighttime bath.
