Cautions

• Do not use within several hours before bedtime as make you difficult to fall asleep

How To Use

🌀 For Inhalation Use Only – Not for Skin Application Undiluted

The most effective method of using this blend is through inhalation—either by diffusing it around elderly or non-pregnant adults, or by using a personal aromatherapy inhaler. Simply inhale when experiencing symptoms of low blood pressure. Discontinue use once blood pressure returns to normal.

• Diffuser: Add 4–6 drops into 100ml water and diffuse for 15–30 minutes, 1–2 times per day (morning/early afternoon only).
• Personal Inhaler: Add 10 drops to cotton wick. Inhale as needed during fatigue or dizziness.
• Tissue Method: Place 1–2 drops on tissue or cotton pad, inhale gently.
