使用方法

精油可以以多種方式用於皮膚和身體，每種方法都有其獨特的功效。 所有這些都必須用載體油稀釋，儘管有些可以直接用於皮膚，但不建議這樣做。在 Aroma Origins，我們強烈反對在內部使用它們。以下是這些方法的解釋：

1. 局部應用

使用方法：將精油稀釋在植物油（例如椰子油、荷荷巴油）中，然後塗抹在特定部位（例如，頭痛時塗抹在太陽穴，疼痛時塗抹在關節）。
目的：針對性緩解皮膚問題、肌肉疼痛或局部發炎。
注意：務必稀釋（濃度為 1-5%）以避免刺激。避開眼睛/黏膜等敏感部位。對於臉部：最多 2-3%。對於眼晴周圍皮膚：最多1％-2％。但因為光敏性強，白天使用必須注意防曬，建議晚上使用。 

2. 吸入

香薰吸聞棒：依需求添加幾滴（5-8滴）製成吸入器，需要時可隨時使用, 携帶方便。
擴散器：添加水和油，將香氣散發到空氣中。每 40 毫升水中加入 2-3滴精油（單方或稀釋的複方精油）/每 100 毫升水加入 3-8 滴精油，在開放、通風良好的區域進行擴散。每次擴散30-45 分鐘然後停止，中間隔30分鐘重新擴散, 以確保安全性和有效性。如果嬰兒和貓在附近，請避免擴散。對於狗，請諮詢我們的芳香療法師。
蒸氣吸入：在熱水中加入 2-3 滴，吸入蒸氣（例如，薄荷可緩解鼻竇疼痛）。
直接吸聞：透過吸入器或紙巾。
目的：改善情緒、支持呼吸、集中註意力、清晰思考等。

3.身體按摩

使用方法：每30ml植物油混合 6-12 滴精油。用於按摩以放鬆肌肉或改善血液循環。通常，15毫升植物油中加入 6 滴就足以覆蓋全身。
目的：將芳香療法與物理療法結合，以緩解壓力、減輕疼痛或進行皮膚護理。

4. 軟膏/乳霜/乳液
使用方法：將精油以 1-3% 的濃度混合到軟膏/乳霜/乳液/油（例如乳木果油、蜂蠟）。
用途：保濕、補水、治療乾性肌膚、舒緩/恢復皮膚屏障或治療濕疹等病症（例如痤瘡霜中的茶樹油）。

5. 浸浴

先稀釋：精油不能與水混合，因此必須先將 5-10 滴精油稀釋在分散劑中（例如，植物油、牛奶或瀉鹽），然後再加入洗澡水中；否則會引起皮膚刺激。

浸泡時間：15-20分鐘以吸收益處。
