How To Use

Diffusing
The most effective way is inhaling the scent by diffusing it around elderly people.
Making it a personal inhaler and smell it when they are in high blood pressure.  No need once back to normal.

Apply Topically
Massage it over the body also help to lower the blood pressure and aid relaxation
