How to use

Adult
External usage only. No for oral dosing.
Face – no more than 2 drops E.O. in 10mls carrier oil
Massage – 4 to 6 drops E.O. in 10ml – 20ml carrier oil
Topical application on body – 4 to 20 drops E.O. in 10ml – 20ml carrier oil
Inhalation – 2 to 5 drops E.O. into warm water or diffuser with water.
Compress – Add up to 10 drops E.O. in 10mls carrier oil and place warm or cold pack on the areaDiffuse in an open, well-ventilated area.
– Keep children out of the direct line of mist.
– Diffuse in 30-60 minute intervals with ample break periods for safe and effective use.

Babies & Kids
Safe to use topically/massage/bath with children 2 years of age and older.
Dilute to a .5-2% dilution rate for topical application.External usage only. No for oral dosing. No E.O. for baby. No inhalation for baby and young children
Massage:
2-3 years old – 1 drop organic EO of chamomile in 50mls carrier oil (organic jojoba oil / sunflower oil),
3- 6 years old- 1 drop organic E.O.in 30mls carrier oil
6-12 years old – 2 drops EO in 20mls carrier oilBath:
2-3 years old – 1 drop organic E.O. blended in bath milk base
3- 6 years old- 1 to 2 drops organic E.O.in bath milk base
6-12 years old – 2 drops EO blended in bath milk base
