How to use

Topical application for body
0.5% duiled in carrier oil

Inhaling
few drops into inhaler or warm water

Diffusing
2-3 drops in 100ml water regularly
Diffuse in an open, well-ventilated area
Diffuse in 30-60 minute intervals with ample break periods for safe and effective use.
