How to use

Topical application for body
Maximum 0.5% in a carrier oil

Inhaling
few drops in a personal inhaler

Diffusing
2-3 drops per 100ml of water
Diffuse in an open, well-ventilated area
Diffuse in 30-45 minute intervals with ample break periods for safe and effective use.
